Hi all! I am  Kristine and my job role is PMO Analyst. This has actually been my first year using Lucidchart. My previous company used MS Visio and I felt it was really confusing to use so I was really relieved that Lucidchart was super easy to pick up!

Hello all! I am a Sr. Business Systems Analyst currently working for a Telecommunications company. I have been a Business Systems Analyst for about 18 years and I have been flowcharting the entire time! I have used Visio for the majority of my career and for the last 3 years I have had the pleasure of using LucidChart. Being in this business for so long has given me the opportunity to experience first-hand the rapid change in documentation/collaboration technologies. Then the pandemic hits and you realize just how important certain features are in a product. Lucidchart has definitely made the remote-working model more successful and I cannot wait to see what else is in store in the future!

Hi I'm KJ and I currently work in Process Audit and Compliance. 

I mainly work in Lucidchart creating flow charts of different processes within the company. It's become a helpful tool in visualizing how processes are done.
