The ArchiMate® Standard for Enterprise Architecture in Lucid
We’re excited to support ArchiMate® Standard shapes in Lucid!
ArchiMate® is an open modeling language used by Enterprise Architects (EAs). These shapes provide a standard, common language for EAs to map how business processes, IT systems, and underlying technology all connect.
You can find these shapes within the Lucidchart shape library, labeled as the ArchiMate 4 Standard library.
Example use cases for ArchiMate® shapes in Lucid:
- Value stream maps to link business goals and outcomes, demonstrating clear ROI to executives.
- Create business process maps, connecting roles and daily tasks to supporting software for process owners.
