My name is Ria and I am responsible for Quality and Digital Assurance at my company. This requires a lot of forward thinking brainstorming team work Process mapping and designing wire frames for Digital solutions. These processes were long boring and garnered little or no interest with the team. Since the onset of Covid pandemic we have been working virtually. I am very happy the the product offerings of Lucidchart - it encourages innovation and keeps employees motivated. They feel respected and appreciated as their suggestions are recorded and not lost
