What do you like best about the Lucid Legends program?
What I like best about the Lucid Legends program is hard to answer, so I will give my top three!
First off, continuously learning from experienced members who use Lucid in different ways than I do. This lets me both work on personal development and take back new learnings to my team and company for better ways to collaborate and communicate.
Secondly, I appreciate honing my customer service skills at the same time while helping other lucid users solve their issues. This program is a unique way to keep your own skills sharp while lifting everyone else in the community up.
And finally, I enjoy networking and meeting new people! Lucid is a global community and everyone I've met in the program has been incredibly nice and knowledgeable. It's a great way to meet people in other industries where you may find similar problems and ways of working.
How has the Lucid Legends program helped you develop professionally?
Lucid Legends gives me additional tools to improve my day-to-day work. As an Agile coach, helping others in the community gives me a greater sense of purpose. It also helps position me as a center of excellence and good person to go to when someone in my company has questions or issues. Being the SME of any tool both IT and the business use has made me a valuable asset within my company!
How have you used Lucid in your role or how has it contributed to the success of a project?
My role as an agile coach means I use Lucid in many ways. A few example that I use it for include quarterly planning, dependency mapping, team Ice breakers, Retrospectives, Roadmaps, Organizational Design, the list goes on. It's an incredible tool that can supplement any role within a company!
What is your favorite Lucid feature and what do you like about it?
I am a heavy user of the Azure DevOps/JIRA integration. I find a lot of project management tools dictate the way of working for the team. Lucid breaks that mold - I am not bound by the limitations of the tool to visualize the work and help make planning successful.
