I would like to use Salesforce integration to create the Account Map but not connect the map to an opportunity. It belongs at the account level not opportunity. In order to have the Contact Roles of Buyer Decision Maker etc you need the Opportunity. Is there a way to get around this?

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I'd love to provide some clarification on Account Maps for you.
When you click the "Import Data" tab> select "Sales Account Map"> select "Import your Data"> and connect an account you will see your salesforce data populate on the left-hand menu. From here you should see the option to drag contacts onto your canvas separately from opportunities.
