Good day. How do I request for assistance regarding a recent charge on my account. While I was exploring and reviewing the premium features of Lucidchart, I was accidentally charged $108 for the annual premium subscription. I did not intend to subscribe to the annual plan, and I may have selected it while checking the available options.
I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to receive a refund for the annual charge. If a refund is not possible, I would greatly appreciate it if the subscription could instead be adjusted to a one-month premium plan, since I am planning to use the service but only for a short period.
