I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge of $108. I accidentally forgot to cancel my free trial before it expired, and as a student, this is a significant amount of money that I need for my school expenses.
I have already canceled my subscription to ensure no further charges occur. I have not used any premium features, as the charge just took place today, April 26, 2026. Given that this was an accidental trial rollover, I would greatly appreciate it if you could make an exception and process a refund for this transaction.
