I am reaching out for assistance with a refund for a recent subscription charge.
I had signed up as I was using this for a class assignment, but I forgot to cancel my rial, and my account automatically signed me up and charged me for a premium subscription.
I do not want to continue with the paid plan. Could anyone help me process a refund for this charge? I already sent the request to support@lucid.co also.
I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue.
