Hello team,

I accidentally clicked on “one click,” and it immediately charged 15 USD to my Visa card without clearly informing me that it would process a payment. I was not planning to renew my subscription at this time, so I cancelled it, and I would like to request a refund for this charge, as I do not intend to use the subscription currently.

From what I understand, your refund policy allows refunds for recent subscription payments if the request is submitted within the applicable refund window, which varies by region and plan type. Since this was an unintentional renewal and I cancelled right away, I kindly ask that you review my case and process a refund for this 15 USD charge if it falls within your eligible timeframe.
