Hello,
I am writing to request a full refund of $108.00 charged to my account today/yesterday upon the conclusion of my free trial.


I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription and cancelled my plan immediately upon receiving the charge notification — within hours of the billing occurring. I have not used any paid features and have no intention of using the service going forward.


Given that I acted as quickly as possible upon discovering the charge and have made no use of the paid plan, I believe a full refund is reasonable and fair. I kindly ask that you process this refund at your earliest convenience.


Please let me know if you need any additional information, such as my account email or transaction details, to locate the charge.
