Our company has just been through a layoff wave and needs to reduce the total LucidSuite license from 140 to 48.
Lucid DO NOT allow us to configure the total licenses down, only buying more is allowed :).
I created so many support tickets, and no one replied whatsoever, and the lack of online support was just adding insult to the injury
