[REFUND] HELP!! 

I accidentally clicked a button when browsing my saved document and forgot that my credit card was connected to the Lucid software after availing their free trial. 

It charged a huge amount ($108 USD) for 1 year plan which I don’t really need as I do not actively make flowcharts and anything similar. I am asking for a REFUND since that money is ORIGINALLY INTENDED FOR MY THESIS which I will not be able to complete without the money and subsequently will affect my studies (can possibly delay me for another year).

Please, that is a huge amount for someone that is still a student. Help me with this problem, I’m panicking as I cannot replenish that huge amount.
