less than half an hour ago, i signed up for the free trial. i am trying to create a Balanced Scorecard but all i get is the demo one that’s pre-filled. when i try to download the blank template, i’m getting a popup that it’s a premium feature and i have to upgrade. is that not the point of the “free” 7-day trial? i’m starting to feel scammed.
