I accidentally purchased a Team subscription!

Hi everyone--somehow I ended up on a Team subscription but I only wanted an Individual subscription. How do I switch my plan back to Individual?

Hi Clifford! Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! I’d be happy to help you with this.

To change your subscription from a Team back to an Individual (or from an Individual to a Team) please follow these steps:

  • Login as the Account Owner or Billing Admin on the account
  • Navigate to your Account Settings  > Plans & Billing section
  • Click the three-dot menu to the right of the product  (e.g. Lucidchart or Lucidspark etc…) for the plan you would like to change
  • Select Change Plan
  • Select Downgrade (or choose your preferred plan)
  • Click Confirm Changes

 

**Please note that plan changes apply at the end of each billing cycle.**

Please reach out to the billing team with a support ticket here if you have any additional questions or concerns about your specific subscription.
