even with the free subscription, 435 euros was still debited

I checked my credit card statement recently and saw that 435 euros had been debited. I was able to use LucidSpark for free, but without ever having signed up for it. Just over 400 euros has been debited for LucidChart. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
