Estimados, me metí a lucidchart para poder visualizar un diagrama realizado anteriormente, aparece un mensaje y por error logré presionar un botón que tenía relación con la activación de la suscripción. No puede ser que por un botón se haga cobro instantaneo a mi tarjeta asociada. La verdad estoy muy decepcionada porque generé desconfianza inmediata y retiraré mi tarjeta de crédito. Por favor devuélvanme mi dinero, no quiero utilizar la plataforma.
