Went to add a single user licence, but the purchase screen only allows me to select 5 (my current user count) or 10 licences for lucidspark. I just need 6 in total.
have put them on a guest account for now, but i dont see anything in the docs about having to buy in bundles of 5.
im a billing admin - not the account owner if that makes any difference? and as a small company we only want to pay for the users we use.

I was unable to find any Lucid Help Center documentation that specifically states Team licenses must be purchased in multiples of 5. However, I did find an external reference (Stanford's software purchasing page) that mentions a 5-license increment model for their specific Lucid purchasing arrangement.
Since this appears to be related to a particular purchasing agreement rather than a general Lucid licensing rule, we can use it as a reference point, but I would recommend waiting for a Lucid billing specialist to confirm whether this applies to your subscription type.
