Hi i am new to lucidchart i tried for trial but my money got deducted for yearly plan for 108$. Please help how i can i initiate a refund as i first want to use the product for 7 day and then decide for subscription.

Same thing happened to me. Hope I get a refund. 108 dollars is a lot for student.
