I cant find an easy way to get in touch with you, please can someone here help me.
I have been on an individual plan for several years but i have convinced my company to buy a company subscription.
On 6 June i was billed for another year of the personal plan. I need to cancel this please and get a refund.
The subscription you renewed relates to a company that I have closed. You will see that no activity has happened since the original expiry, i just did not cancel the automatic billing do now i am out of pocket and have an accountancy headache!
