We had a user on our account receive an email from support@lucidchart.com saying “Your account was tied to OpenID.” According to him this was after he clicked a link to a Lucidchart doc that was on Sharepoint. What does this mean? I do not see any documentation on the Lucid side about this integration.

Thanks for reaching out in the Lucid Community! I would be happy to provide some clarification. OpenID is a third-party authentication method. Your account may have been tied to OpenID when you connected Lucid to your Microsoft Sharepoint account.
