Essentially said in the title, but I’m unable to make any new files on LucidChart. when I attempt to do so, a little tooltip pops up saying that I am not connected to the internet, even though I am. Is there something I am missing here? it has been this way for multiple weeks now.

Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?
- A screenshot of the issue.
- A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Hey there, updating chrome seemed to fix the issue. I didn’t get the javascript console output before doing that though so I don’t know if I’d be able to offer any more insight into what was going wrong.

Thank you for the reply! I’m glad that resolved your issue. Its very possible that an outdate browser was causing the issue. Lucid is optimized for Chrome, and the latest version of Chrome is optimal for Lucid’s performance. So, thank you for letting me know that helped!
