A User wants to move his all Documents to another account. As an Admin I am unable to find the Documents and can’t see Discovery under Compliance

As a Lucidchart Admin, you cannot directly view or access all documents owned by users across the account unless those documents are shared with you or stored in Team Folders.

Currently, Lucidchart does not support a comprehensive admin-level "Document Discovery" feature for accounts below Enterprise tier.

Thanks for posting in the Lucid community, to clarify, only Account owners, document admins, and Shield admins can use the Discovery feature on an Enterprise account.
