Limited-access users on an Enterprise account have Guest Collaborator access.

What does this mean for their document permissions?

Lucidspark permissions for limited-access users

  • Limited-access users have the ability to edit the first 5 Lucidspark boards they access with edit and share permissions. Once a board is accessed, it cannot be modified or swapped for edit access to other Lucidspark boards.
  • After the first 5 Lucidspark boards have been accessed, these users will have view-only access to any additional Lucidspark boards shared with them.
  • After one year, all the editing permissions will reset and users will then be able to access a different set of 5 Lucidspark boards if desired.

Lucidchart permissions for limited-access users

  • Limited-access users have view-only access to all Lucidchart boards.

Transferring ownership

  • If you transfer ownership of a board to a Limited-access user, they will only have view-only access to the board.

@aishakhan for document permissions, limited-access users on an Enterprise account can do the following:

Documents

  • Comment and follow documents.
  • Open the shared link and have the permissions set by the link.
  • Share by clicking share, enabling shareable link, selecting “Anyone with the link,” choosing the access level, and copying the link.
  • View documents that originated from or are currently on Lucidspark.

Boards etc.

  • Access 5 Lucid boards per year.
  • Access boards via a shareable link with Edit, Comment, or View permissions
  • Change their name.
  • Participate in visual activities.

Please note that uploaded images have to be tied to a user so that means it will be tied to a board creator, the member of the team with the longest seniority, or the first person listed in a group. They will still need to abide by the Terms of Service.
