User is Licensed but not Active

We have a user that is Licensed, in correct Org Group but still shows Inactive.  I need to be able to ensure he has access.

Hi ​@Mark.Gearhart! When SCIM is set up with your Lucid enterprise account, the users show an additional “Active” column. The SCIM application is what sends over whether the user is active in your company’s IdP, and is not set by Lucid. If a user is inactive, they will not be able to login to their Lucid account.
