I’ve been trying to remove the Lucidscale license from my admin user account so I can assign it to one of our engineers, but when I uncheck the license, I can't confirm the change. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I got a response from support about the issue saying I am unable to transfer a Lucidscale license to another user. I am not sure why as the admin account has a Lucidchart license and a Lucidscale license. I was under the impression that the account must have at least one license assigned which the Lucidchart license would satisfy.
