Unable to export documents even after trying out all troubleshooting

Hello, I need to export a lucidchart document I created for a meeting in a few hours. I have tried everything including different download formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, etc), restarted my network, copied the document to a new page, and even tried downloading from a private browser window but none worked. Kindly assist ASAP. Thanks.

Hi ​@mmmustapha, thank you for posting in the Community and I am sorry you are encountering this issue. 

Could you please try the following additional troubleshooting steps and let me know how it goes?:

  • Export your document from a different browser than the one you are currently using
  • Clearing your cache and cookies in a regular browsing session and try exporting again
  • Disabling all your extensions > try exporting again. If it works, re-enabling extensions one by one to identify the culprit
  • Updating Chrome as we support the latest stable version of Chrome OS.
