Unable to Download User Export File – HTTP 403 Access Denied

Hi,

I'm unable to download the user export file from the link you sent over email.

When I click the link, I receive an HTTP 403 – Access Denied error stating: "You don't have the user rights to view this page."

I've attached a screenshot for reference.

 

Please assist in resolving this issue so I can successfully download the user export file.

Are you signed in to Lucid with the same account that received the export email?

Have you been able to download exports from this sender before?

I see that a ticket has been submitted and assigned to the support team. According to @Shaifali Gupta's latest message, the issue has been resolved, which we're glad to hear!
