Hello,

We need help with Each of the 'boards' will need to be integrated at the tenant level, we want to make sure we have everything in order first. We also want to create ad groups so the support center can add them or remove them from having access to Excel add-ins.

Thank you

Hi @Kmurtagh Thank you for posting the Lucid Community!

Appreciate you providing that article @Humas1985 as well!

@Kmurtagh, I would like to clarify a few aspects of your issue to understand how I can help further. Can you verify that when you installed the Lucid Add-In for Excel, did you follow the exact steps listed out in the article that @Humas1985 provided earlier? Can you also confirm that you followed the troubleshooting steps listed out in the article (i.e. Ensure your internet connection is stable, try connecting to a different network, etc?)

Additionally, what are you referring to when you talk about “tenant level?” When you say you want to “create ad groups,” what do you mean by this? Additionally, would you mind providing me with the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A description of what you are trying to achieve
  • A description of steps you took leading up to the issue.
  • A screenshot of any error messages or pop ups that appear.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
