Text missing
Text is missing that was previously in my organization’s chart.
Some initial troubleshooting was done to restore the text but that only worked for a short time and it disappeared again. When we looked back at older versions when we know the text was there, we still don't see it (so it doesn’t appear to be an accidental deletion).
I looked at the existing “missing text” Lucid support thread but couldn’t make heads nor tails of the solution.
Any assistance would really be appreciated.
