I am trying to duplicate wording in my boxes so that I don't have to type the same position over again. For example, I need all the boxes for this particular department to say “Assembler” like the 1st box below.

Thank you for posting in the community! I apologize for the delayed response. I would recommend setting you your data in Excel or Google Sheets and include a Role section in your data. Then you can import your data into a Lucidchart, and display the Role field on your shapes. For instructions on how to set up and import your data in this Help Center article.
