Syncing Azure DevOps Project Lists

Hi,

 

We’ve been using the “Lucid Cards with Azure DevOps” extension for quite a while, and back when this was originally set up we had some issues getting the full list of Azure DevOps projects from updating correctly. We managed it in the end, but there didn’t seem to be a reliable way to update this project list, seemed to get lucky with whatever combination of fix attempts we tried. Since then, we’ve added additional Azure DevOps projects and these haven’t shown up in Lucid. I’ve tried breaking the connection for multiple hours before trying to connect again, to hope that this would fix it but it hasn’t worked. Furthermore, as the extension is being used more heavily now, I’m less inclined to want to break the functionality for a long time to try to force the project list to update.

 

Can I please request some help from a Lucid engineer to try to help investigate this issue?

Please verify access to the new Azure DevOps projects, then try reauthorizing the integration in an incognito window.
