SSO and SCIM Support Questions

Hi LucidChart Support team,I am with the IT support team at Handshake, and I am reaching out to see if our current plan with you guys offers SSO or do we need to upgrade our enterprise License? Another Question: Does you guys support SCIM integration as well.

Hi @saulespinozactr, thank you for posting in the community! For single-user and Team accounts, Lucid supports multi-factor authentication through SSO logins, including Google and O365.

Like @Humas1985 mentioned, you will need an Enterprise account if you are looking to configure SAML and SCIM for your organisation’s account.
