SSO and SCIM Support Questions

Hi LucidChart Support team,

I am with the IT support team at Handshake, and I am reaching out to see if our current plan with you guys offers SSO or do we need to upgrade our enterprise License? Another Question: Does you guys support SCIM integration as well.

Hi @saulespinozactr,  thank you for posting in the community!  For single-user and Team accounts, Lucid supports multi-factor authentication through SSO logins, including Google and O365. 

Like @Humas1985 mentioned, you will need an Enterprise account if you are looking to configure SAML and SCIM for your organisation’s account.

Lucidchart supports SSO integration, but it typically requires an Enterprise plan and also supports SCIM integration.
