I am trying to access a module in canvas for a class. When I click on the activity in embedded in canvas I get this message.

Hi Maddie,

Thank you for providing these screenshots. The error code CE009  is likely being caused by a duplicate course or assignment. Please reach out to your administrator to let them know you are unable to access the resource. This article “Copying and Blueprinting Lucid assignments in Canvas” outlines how your administrator can copy or duplicate Lucid assignments from one course to another.

Third-party cookies are enabled. I believe I appropriately did all of the correct steps to connect my school account to Lucid. Still receiving an error message.

Hi Maddie,

Thank you for trying those troubleshooting steps. Could you please provide the following information to help me investigate further:

  • A screenshot of the issue
  • A screenshot of any error messages or pop ups that appear
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).
