+1We are using the official Confluence integration plugin for embedding Lucidchart diagrams into Confluence pages. We usually use the Simple Viewer mode (see the picture below) because it automatically resizes the diagram to fit to the frame size.
However, the Simple Viewer stopped working since Monday, 11th May 2026. It keeps “LOADING”.
After switching to Rich Viewer, diagrams are displayed normally. But this is not our preferred viewer mode.

Viewer appears to be broken or unstable in Confluence Cloud right now.
Also, it includes some common workaround options you can try.

Thanks for your reply. We tried all workaround options, but they didn’t help.
It keeps showing the LOADING status as in this screenshot.
