Can anyone advise on how to make diagrams created by one Team memver be shared to all within the Project Team.
Can admin enable sharing this.?

Yes, an admin can enable team-wide sharing by using a shared Team Folder and sharing it with the appropriate group/team. Diagrams placed in that folder will inherit the shared permissions automatically. If a diagram was created in a personal workspace, the owner may need to move it into the shared folder or explicitly share it with the team first
