I am having a problem expanding the shape panel. It has a red box that doesn’t expand. Is it a license issue or settings ?

The issue you are experiencing is not a license issue/setting. Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. 

I have attached a screenshot of how the Shape Library should appear in your LucidChart. Please let me know if this issue persists after you try these options for me!
