I’m migrating our company from Okta to Entra for SSO and provisioning.

 

I successfully migrated SSO for Lucid over to Entra, but provisioning is presenting an issue.

I have set it up in Entra exactly as described in Lucid’s documentation, but Entra is reporting the following error when trying to provision on demand:

The username between the two systems match exactly, and SSO works fine, so I’m not sure what the disconnect here is.

I had been testing the provision on demand with an admin user.

 

It turns out that everything works fine for non-admin users. Admin users fail to match.
