Is it possible to Restrict "Duplicate" and "Copy-Paste" Functionality for Diagrams when sharing whir view only permission?
I would like to share Diagrams but avoid people to make their own copy.

That is not possible. I would recommend sending a PDF or PNG if you do not want them to copy paste Lucid elements directly into another Lucid document.
