PDF export does not render

I am trying to export a lucidchart file via PDF however after stating the PDF file is being generated, the file does not appear. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

Our engineers have confirmed that the issue you experienced was likely caused by the AWS outage. It looks like the AWS services are now recovering. As @Paos mentioned, could you try exporting your file(s) again and let me know if it works now?

I have the exact same problem and I also can't print the document.

I'm having the same problem. If I try to download the work as an image, it says there's an error, and in PDF, it only says it's generating a file.

Try again, I was able to download my work in PDF format.
