Offboarded user documents not transferred

Hi,

 

I am experiencing an issue that we can't access critical charts that a previous hire has created. The person is removed from our Lucidchart team but the docs have not been transferred correctly.

This typically occurs when a user is removed before document ownership is transferred. The good news is that in most cases, the content can still be recovered.
