I imported Azure data from a subscription using “Trusted Access” (Azure app registration). The import completed but only pulled 3 out of 7 Virtual Machine resources into the inventory list. I confirmed that the app registration has the Reader role at the subscription level of the subscription. I performed a resync with no change.

6 of the 7 VMs are running, one is deallocated, but I would still expect Lucidscale to diagram deactivated resources. What could be preventing Lucidscale from importing the remaining VMs?

There are other resources missing too (ex: the Disks associated with the VMs) but I am primarily interested in mapping our compute and network resources.

Hi @Zach T,

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Could you share a Technical Support PIN for your account and please provide which subscription you are referring to? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Lucid Help Center article: Generate a Lucid Support PIN.
