My current subscription will expire in a few days. What will happen to all the Lucidcharts diagrams I have embedded in Confluence after my subscription ends? Will they disappear or show up as broken links?

To answer your question: embed docs using the Confluence plugin should not break in that situation. When a subscription ends on an account those existing users become free users and their document will still exist within the account. Because the documents still exist in those free accounts, it will not break the embedded documents.
