Lucidchart Connector broken for Confluence

Confluence connector for lucid app is broken 
All embedded diagrams hang with “App is not responding. Wait or cancel?” 


Editing the macro settings returns :
 




Problem is typically resolved temporarily by uninstalling and re-installing the marketplace app but it only works for a few hours which is obviously untenable. 

I am admin on both Confluence and LucidChart

Hi ​@et-dgates, thanks for posting in the Lucid community! Could you open your browser's developer tools (Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows / Linux, OR Cmd + Opt + J on Mac), navigate to the Network tab:

Then reproduce the issue, and see if there are any network requests that are failing as a result of this.

 

If so, in the headers section of the failed request, do you see an X-Lucid-Flow_Id? Could you send a screenshot of this, as well as the timezone and timestamp of the request? See example screenshot below:

Hi there 
Apologies i did not reply with the above - so the issue I found which I dont think is actually documented anywhere is when you set the connector up - everything works temporarily and then after around a day I experienced the issues 

Once the connector is INITIALLY setup there is an additional step where I believe you have to go into admin.atlassian.com > Connected Apps > LucidChart Diagrams Connector > Three Dots > Configure 

If I remember correctly you have to accept the connection in here - you might possibly need to accept on the Lucid side also
