Hi Team,

 

I have Lucid Scaler license with edit access , my colleague created and import data from AWS account but I couldn’t view those.

@rseetharam Do you have the Explorer plan or the Creator plan? The Explorer plan is a more limited plan. Lucidscale Explorer licenses may only be purchased in addition to new or existing Lucidscale Team licenses. Each licensed user of Lucidscale Explorer will have access to limited, view-only Lucidscale functionality.

Does your colleague have the Explorer plan or the Creator plan? Is it a free account or a higher account? Or does your colleague have a Lucidchart or Lucidspark account? Lucidscale, Lucidchart, and Lucidscale are completely different products. If your colleague is on Lucidspark, for instance, only the Enterprise accounts (not the free or individual accounts) allow for guest collaborators, the ability to share links, the ability to invite others, and team folders. Enterprise accounts can also turn off guest collaborators and restrict collaboration.
