Our team recently took over Lucid administration and received a request regarding a user whose Lucid license was removed via Okta SCIM provisioning. The user has since been re-provisioned and can access Lucid again, but all of the documents they previously owned are missing.

We’re trying to determine what happens to documents when a license is removed via SCIM. Are the documents deleted, transferred, or retained? If retained, is there a way to recover or restore ownership of those documents?

Hi @jabreu1, thanks for posting in the Community! When users are delicensed on an Enterprise account, Lucid requires that any documents they own be transferred to a new owner. Enterprise accounts can set up a default document owner for this process. If a default document owner is not set, documents will be transferred to the account owner.

When users are delicensed via SCIM, their work is transferred 24 hours after their license has been removed.

Hi @jabreu1, because that requires an account verification process our end, I’ll open a private support ticket for you to get that changed.
