I have a shared folder that I created and when I left the project I either moved permissions to another person or just removed my permissions by mistake. My internal help desk team is working with your team to resolve this and it is not getting resolved. Please let me know how I can work with your support team to resolve this issue

Thanks for posting in the Community and our apologies for this delayed reply!
I can see that the issue is being worked on with an admin on your account. For you to regain access to the folder in question (which was turned into a Team folder) a user with full edit permissions will need to grant you these same permissions.
Due to privacy restrictions in place on your account this is unfortunately not something we can do on our end.
