Lost primary tool bar in Lucidspark

My primary toolbar in Lucid Spark is gone! Not sure if I pressed something wrong but all I am doing is just moving my charts in another area. This is how the tool bar looks now.       

      Please help!

Hi ​@Lizbeth, thank you for posting in the community. To confirm, are you the creator of the Lucidspark board in question or was this shared with you

If it was shared with you, the owner of the board may have changed your permissions to view or comment only which is why you don’t have access to the toolbar. I would recommend asking the owner to update your sharing permissions. 

If this is a board your created, we’d love to take a closer look at your board. Can you please share the temporary Support PIN for this board? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing.

For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This Support PIN doesn’t allow anyone but Lucid Support to take a look at your document, so you are safe to post it here.

Hi ​@Lizbeth 

Have you tried logging out of Lucid Spark and logging back in? Sometimes, this can help reset the interface and bring back missing toolbars. Let me know if that works!

I already logged out a couple of times and also restarted my laptop twice but it still didn’t work.  Hope you have other suggestions that I can try.  Thanks in advance!
