Lost all document archive after subscription break — how to restore?

Hello,

 

We have been using Lucid on a paid subscription for several years. After taking a break from the service, we recently attempted to log back in but experienced prolonged difficulties accessing our account. Once we finally regained access, we discovered that our entire document archive had disappeared — all previously created documents are no longer visible.

 

We would like to kindly request assistance with restoring our full document archive. Could you please advise on whether data recovery is possible, and if so, what steps we need to take?
