Looking for Lucid Support provider to help us do some basic setup, permissions, configuration, etc so we can operate as one entity instead of poorly organized teams. As we only have 25 users there is no direct support form Lucid (other than AI Slop sales or “Account manager” meetings masquerading as support) I am looking for a support channel partner. On the support channels partner page there is an application to become a support partner but no list of partners to contact. At this point I need to dedicate a FTE to learning and then setting this up, find a support partner, or find a new solution. I’d rather get a support partner who can help.
