Hello, the system is limiting my shapes but I have unlimited shapes on my plan.
What is going on?

Limited shapes but I have an unlimited plan

In paid accounts you can create an unlimited amount of documents until their total size reaches the storage limit. Since the size of documents depends on the number of shapes, images, and iterations (revision history), the maximum number of documents in paid accounts varies from user to user. One of the lowest unlimited paid plans has 1GB of storage. Since you have a paid account, you can submit a ticket to our Product Support team if you need further help.
